Processing time
Each piece is made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and crafted before shipment.
Shipping within Australia
We offer standard and express shipping options via Australia Post. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
International shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within Australia at this time.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your keepsake's journey to your home.
Delays and issues
While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays from carriers may occur. If your package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
