Change of mind

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for simple change of mind after production has started. We recommend double-checking your selection before finalizing your order.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or offer a full refund for verified faults.

Errors in personalisation

If we have made an error in the personalisation that differs from your order details, we will replace the item at no extra cost. Please verify all spelling and details at the time of purchase as we cannot be held responsible for customer entry errors.

Returns

Authorized returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us. For any other return inquiries, please contact our support team.
